Personalised goods and wedding stationery:

Personalised orders are non-refundable after the order confirmation stage. Upon final approval of your personalised order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are identified after order confirmation, we are required to charge for a reprint.

 

Darling Rose does not proof read print. It is the customer's responsibility to identify any errors prior to final order confirmation.

Non-personalised goods:

You must return your unwanted products from the Gift Shop for

a refund within 10 working days from the day you received the products. The products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.

 

We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process a refund or exchange within 10 working days of receipt of your returned item. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Therefore it will not be necessary to contact us before this 10 working day period has passed from the day we receive your return. Please be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible.

We will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately it is not possible to cover the cost of return postage.
