Shipping & Returns

All of our shipments will be sent as recorded delivery so you will need to be present to sign for them.

Personalised goods and wedding stationery:

All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, First Class Recorded. Non-UK orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Airmail or a trusted courier.

Prices vary depending on weight or country and will be calculated and specified after final order confirmation.

Non-personalised goods:

All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, First Class Recorded. Non-UK orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Airmail or a trusted courier.

SCHEDULES

 

Personalised goods and wedding stationery:

For all UK orders we aim to deliver in approximately 14 working days from date of final confirmation but please allow additional time due to some suppliers having variable delivery schedules. We will endeavour to keep you informed in the event of such occasions.

For Non-UK orders please allow an additional 10 working days for delivery. 

​

Non-personalised goods:

All UK orders will be delivered between 1 and 5 working days of purchase and for all non-UK orders please allow an additional 5 working days.

​NB: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and accurate delivery address. We are unable to redirect deliveries once dispatched. If you suspect a delivery to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to track your consignment.
