Frequently asked questions

What if our numbers change during the Bespoke design process?


No problem at all! You pay a 20% deposit at the start of the design process and pay the remainder when your final items go to print. If your numbers change, then we simply adjust the final sum that you will owe at the end of the process.




Do you provide samples?


Unfortunately not at this stage. However we encourage you to meet us for a free consultation so that you can see the stationery close-up. We hope to create a sample pack in the near future.




We want to include a drawing that we have produced ourselves, is this possible?


Of course! We encourage any sort of collaboration and it's important that your stationery is as personal to you as a couple as possible!




Do you design Order of Services for funerals?


Yes we do. Here at Darling Rose, we can design stationery for any of life's events, big or small. We would be happy to help, so please get in touch if you would like more information.




Can you design us Thank You cards once we have our wedding photos back?


Yes! We would love to (and we love to see pictures from your big day!) Simply get in touch and send us your favourite photos and we can mock up some alternatives for you to choose from. Photos add a real personal touch to thank you cards, so we always recommend this option to couples.




I'd like you to design our Save the Dates, but I would like to send them out electronically. Is this possible?


Yes of course, we can design and print for paper stationery, or provide emailable PDFs to send out electronically.




Do you design stationery for hen & stag parties?


Yes we do! Let us know what you need and we'll be happy to help!
